Book Review: The Fifty Shades Trilogy

Fifty Shades Trilogy by E.L James

So, over the weekend, I decided to stop being such a hypocrite and finally see what the fuss is all about when it comes to this series. After all, I'm always telling my friends to read the book first before bashing it.

With full knowledge that this pandemonium began just from a piece of Twilight fanfiction, I approached the book as so. And I must say, as a fanfic - this is probably the best I've read. As a book though...let's just say I believe Ms. James should have stayed in the world of fanfics.

However, I do appreciate the fact that during the second and third books, Christian and Ana slowly become Christian and Ana - and not Edward and Bella.

Its also pretty easy to see what the author had originally written parallel to Ms. Meyer's Twilight Saga.

So, yeah, as a piece of fanfiction - prolly 5 over 5 stars. As a book - its not even getting more than 1 star.
